These terms explain how the Nuit & Ciel catalogue works. A purchase is completed on Etsy and is governed by the terms shown on the relevant Etsy listing and checkout, together with any mandatory consumer law that applies to that order.

nuitciel.com is a catalogue, not a shop. No order can be placed and no payment can be taken on this website. Every piece links to its listing in our Etsy shop, where the sales contract is concluded and the payment is taken.

Nuit & Ciel (the "Seller", "we", "us") is the trading name of Bekir Aydoğan, a Turkish sole proprietor (gerçek kişi tacir). Pieces are handcrafted by Bekir & Seha.

Our products

Bekir and Seha make Nuit & Ciel's natural-stone necklaces by hand. Product facts are stated per piece:

• The individual product page and Etsy listing identify the necklace, dimensions and materials shown.
• Screen settings and lighting can change how colours appear; review all available product photographs before ordering.
• Any known colour treatment is disclosed in that product's DETAILS section as “colour treated”.

Orders & payment

• All orders are placed and paid on Etsy and are governed by Etsy's own terms in addition to these. Card details never pass through our servers.
• Prices are shown in US dollars ($) on this site and charged in US dollars by Etsy. We do not convert to any other currency; if your card is billed in another currency, the rate is set by your own bank or by Etsy, not by us.
• An order is confirmed only once Etsy confirms payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or insufficient stock.

Shipping

• The product's Etsy listing and checkout show the current address-specific delivery options, estimate and shipping cost before payment.
• After purchase, the Etsy order page shows the current dispatch status and any carrier details available for the selected service.
• Etsy checkout shows the taxes, duties or destination charges it applies. Their treatment varies by destination, including the United States; the amount and handling shown at checkout apply.

Returns & exchanges

• The current return window, eligibility, exceptions, return-shipping terms and refund method appear on the product's Etsy listing and order.
• Start a request from the Etsy order page so the applicable order terms and communication stay together.
• Keep the piece and its packaging while the request is reviewed, then follow the return instructions recorded through Etsy.
• Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to the order.

Care and repair enquiries

Follow the piece-specific CARE section. If a clasp, strand or pendant needs attention, send the Etsy order number and clear photographs. We will assess feasibility and confirm any cost, shipping and timing before work begins.

Intellectual property

All photography, descriptions, copy, and brand marks on our website and social channels are the intellectual property of Nuit & Ciel. You may share our content with credit and a link back. You may not reproduce, remix, or republish our work for commercial purposes without permission.

Your use of the website

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or copy our website in bulk
• Attempt to interfere with our site's security or availability
• Impersonate Nuit & Ciel in any way
• Use our site to send spam, malware, or illegal content

Third-party services

The following services have their own current terms when they are used:

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the piece in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Turkish or EU law.

Changes

We may update this catalogue information. Changes apply prospectively; the Etsy order record preserves the terms shown for a completed purchase.

Governing law

The seller is established in the Republic of Türkiye. Applicable law, jurisdiction and consumer-resolution rights are determined by the mandatory rules that apply to the order and consumer; nothing here removes a right granted by those rules.
