A simple necklace care routine

Materials vary between necklaces, so the CARE section on the product page or Etsy listing comes first.

After wearing

Use a clean, dry, soft cloth. Store the necklace flat and separately so it is not pulled, tangled or scratched by harder objects.

Before water or cosmetics

Unless the piece-specific instructions say otherwise, remove the necklace before swimming, showering or applying perfume and lotion. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

If something needs attention

Send the Etsy order number and clear photos. We will assess possible repair or restringing and confirm any cost, shipping and timing before work begins.
