A safe everyday routine
Wipe gently
After wear, use a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do not use an abrasive cleaner.
Keep it dry
Unless the piece-specific CARE note says otherwise, remove the necklace before swimming, showering or applying perfume and lotion.
Store separately
Lay it flat in a dry place so harder pieces cannot scratch it and the strand is not pulled or tangled.
Repair or restringing
If a clasp, strand or pendant needs attention, send the Etsy order number and clear photos. We will assess what is possible and confirm any cost, shipping and timing before work begins.
